[ 02 ] — About

“A quiet room, a good idea, and the right person to tell.”

I’m Stuti Sinha, the founder of Kindling Press—an independent public-relations practice just opening its doors. I don’t come with a client wall or a scrapbook of clippings yet—so this page is honest instead: what I care about, how I think, and how I’d work with you.

My belief is simple. Most communications work fails because it starts with a press release and works backwards. I start with the reader—the journalist, the customer, the community—and build a story that earns their attention on its own merits.

Right now I’m taking on a small number of first projects at considered rates, in exchange for room to do the work well and document it openly. If that sounds like the kind of partner you want, let’s talk.

Eight ways
I can be useful.

Engagements are shaped around the actual problem—project, retainer, or a one-off strategy sprint. Tap any row to read more.

Targeted pitching, journalist mapping, and long-term relationship building with the writers who actually cover your space.

Positioning statements, narrative architecture, and message frameworks so every asset—deck, bio, tweet—sounds like the same brand.

On-call response planning, holding statements, and calm, factual guidance when the story gets away from you.

Bylines, essays, LinkedIn narratives and speaker platforms that turn expertise into recognisable authority.

Launch strategy, embargo choreography, media invites and on-ground press wrangling that actually earns coverage.

Creator partnerships and digital-first campaigns designed for links, mentions and durable search visibility.

Founder and executive storytelling—bio, positioning, media training and a plan to show up, on-record.

Interview prep, message practice, and mock Q&A so your team walks into rooms and cameras ready.

[ 04 ] — Approach

Four stages.
Nothing hidden.

A transparent process—shared with you at every step. No mystery agency workflow, no vague “activation” language.

StageI

Discovery

Kick-off conversations, audience mapping, and a hard look at what you actually want people to think, feel and do.

StageII

Strategy

A single-page narrative, target-media list, message pillars and a KPI you can point at when the quarter ends.

StageIII

Execution

Pitches, drafts, decks, interviews, embargoes—done in your voice, on your calendar, with weekly progress notes.

StageIV

Measurement

Coverage quality, share of voice, referral traffic and reader response—reported honestly, not padded.

[ 05 ] — Working Principles

I don’t have testimonials yet.
So here’s what I’d be judged by.

Transparency ·Agility ·Impact ·Strategy-First ·Craft ·Restraint ·Transparency ·Agility ·Impact ·Strategy-First ·Craft ·Restraint ·Transparency ·Agility ·Impact ·Strategy-First ·Craft ·Restraint ·

Transparency. You see the pitch list, the drafts, the responses—good and bad.

Agility. Small practice, no layers—decisions in hours, not days.

Craft. Every word gets read out loud before it goes out.
